At Elixir Labworks, we’re dedicated to delivering your self-care essentials safely, swiftly, and with care. Here’s everything you need to know about how we process and ship your orders.

Processing Times

All orders are lovingly packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).
During high-demand periods, restocks, or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer — but we’ll always do our best to keep you updated.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information (where available).

UK Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom using trusted courier partners.

  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days

  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on courier performance and location.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your chosen delivery option and address.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — keep an eye on our socials for updates and exclusive offers.

International Shipping

At this time, Elixir Labworks ships within the UK only, but we’re working to expand internationally soon. 🌍 Follow us on @elixirlabworks for the latest updates.

Order Issues & Delays

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please:

  • Check your tracking email (sometimes it lands in your spam/junk folder)

  • Verify with your local delivery office or neighbours

If you still can’t locate your parcel, contact us at elixirlabworks@gmail.com or reach out via Instagram DM at @elixirlabworks or TikTok — we’ll help you investigate and resolve it.

Please note: once your order has been handed to the courier, delivery times and tracking updates are managed by them — but our team is always here to assist where possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your delivery address before completing checkout.
We can’t take responsibility for parcels delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at elixirlabworks@gmail.com or via Instagram DM, and we’ll do our best to update it before dispatch.

Missing or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or seems lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date).
We may request photos or additional information to help us investigate and issue a replacement or refund where appropriate.
