At Elixir Labworks, every product is crafted with care, precision, and a touch of luxury — we want you to love your purchase as much as we loved creating it. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
Due to the hygienic nature of our hair and skincare products, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items. This policy ensures the health, safety, and integrity of our products for all customers.
We will, however, gladly accept returns on unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition

Returned within 14 days of receiving your order

Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or appears defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
We may ask for photos of the issue to help us assess and process your request quickly.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email or DM regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless your item was received damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
Exchanges
We only replace products if they’re damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you need an exchange for the same item, please reach out via email or DM and we’ll guide you through the process.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:
